Terms and Conditions
1. All our prices are in Pounds Sterling. Except for baby clothing items all our goods include VAT. We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
We reserve the right to change any advertised prices as and when any promotional offers are updated.
2. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be given a full refund unless you choose an alternative product and charged or refunded any difference in price.
3.We will issue a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of order, plus an order number.
4. We aim to despatch your orders as soon as possible, but please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery from placing your order (we always try to post the same day) if products are in stock. Please allow 7 to 10 days before contacting us, if you have any queries relating to the delivery. We will advise you of any delay, or if the item is not available, by phone or email, so please check your email box.
5. UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail Standard Class. Due to any Royal Mail postal strikes we cannot accept responsibility for any late deliveries.
6. Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card ( except American Express). Payment will be debited from your account once the item is ready for despatch.
7. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In case of non-delivery, please allow 7-10 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods, please retain the product and contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt.

8. We hold any information obtained about our customers in the strictest confidence. No personally identifiable information (such as a name or an e-mail address) from visitors to our website is used for any other purpose than during the placement of an order or a communication with our staff.
We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information that is provided to us through ordering and communication processes to third parties.
We store statistical information derived from the orders placed on our website to analyze the productivity of our organization and enhance the service we provide to our customers. Statistical information is collected from visitors to this website in order to monitor traffic trends. We do not associate this data with any personally identifiable information that you provide to us in any way.
We may from time to time notify you of special discounts, new products, etc, available to our internet customers unless requested not to do so.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing from our site.
Returns Policy
9. We are a small, family business and not a large mail order company, so it would be helpful if customers did not buy several items with the intention of returning some of them.
If you are unable to make up your mind on style or size, please contact us and we will be happy to supply any additional information or measurements which might help you in your decision, and save both you and us unnecessary expense.
If you do need to return an item for any reason, please notify us by e-mail as soon as possible, with details of the problem
10. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returned items reach us safely and in good condition. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
11. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is found to have been faulty at the time of despatch to you, all our goods are thoroughly checked before despatch to help keep this to a minimum.
12. Please take extra care to read all product and wash care information correctly. As we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.
13. All garments / products returned for a refund must have all the original tags/ labels in their original place. We do not under any circumstance accept any returns where the garments labels / tags have been removed. We cannot due to hygiene reasons give a refund on soiled garments so please take care when trying garments on. We reserve the right to scan garments with ultra violet light to show any stains where doubt remains.
14. Please remember to include some details of the original order so that we can trace you on our records and, in the event of a refund, direct the return payment accordingly.
15. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds Policy
16. All items and offers are subject to availability although we do aim to keep stock levels matched to advertised items.
17. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
18. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods, however we endeavour not charge your card unless a product is in stock, or is due in the warehouse within 3 days. Occasionally, on low stock items this could occur, however if it does, you will be made aware and offered a full refund.
19. Unless we advise you otherwise, refunds will be credited to the source of the original payment, which means a credit back to the debit or credit card.
20. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of return postage (where charged) if the item sent back is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you. However we do check stock before shipping to limit such incidents.
7 Day Approval Policy
21. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase just send it back within 7 days, unused, complete with any tickets/labels and in its original packing for an exchange or refund.
